AI for your sales force: sales intelligence on top of your ERP
Your whole sales force, made smart.
Your sales force has the data, but it works blind. Nobody knows which customer is spacing out purchases, where there is cross-sell nobody has offered, or what a rep knows before walking into a visit. What reps see in the field, like a competitor price or a customer about to expand a store, stays in their heads and never reaches the system.
The nBlock Sales block adds a layer of sales intelligence on top of the ERP you already run, without replacing it. It ranks the customer book by churn risk and opportunity, builds the briefing for each visit and gives reps a voice app to log what happened in seconds. The ERP stays the source of truth and results show up in weeks.
Challenge
The sales force works blind: nobody knows which customer is about to leave, where the cross-sell is, and reps show up to visits unprepared.
Solution
Sales intelligence on top of your ERP plus the in-field voice app: it ranks the book by risk and opportunity, builds the briefing for each visit and logs it by voice.
Impact
Less customer churn, more cross-sell captured and reps who arrive knowing everything.
- Churn risk and cross-sell per customer
- Voice app for reps in the field
- A briefing and a log for every visit
How it works on your ERP
- Step 1
Reads your ERP history
It takes each customer’s sales, purchase frequency and product mix straight from your ERP. There is no data to migrate and no system to change: the ERP stays the source of truth.
- Step 2
Ranks the customer book
The AI flags which customers are at risk of leaving because they buy less or less often, and where cross-sell is going uncaptured. Every rep sees who to call on first, and why.
- Step 3
Builds the briefing for each visit
Before walking in, the rep gets a summary with what the customer buys, what they stopped buying, the opportunities detected and what was discussed on the last visit.
- Step 4
Logs the visit by voice
On the way out, the rep dictates what happened in the voice app, as if telling a colleague. The AI structures it into competition, opportunities and complaints, with no forms.
Where it is used
Customers who are slipping away
A regular customer starts buying less often than usual. The block flags them as at risk and moves them up the rep’s list before you lose them.
Cross-sell across your book
Customers who buy one or two of your lines and consume others that you sell. The rep arrives at the visit knowing what to offer and with what argument.
Intelligence from the field
A rep hears that a competitor dropped a price or that a customer is opening another store. They dictate it on the way out and management sees it in time.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change ERP or load the data into another system?
No. The block runs on the ERP you already have and reads sales, customers and products from it. It replaces nothing and does not force you to keep a second database in parallel: the ERP stays the source of truth and the block adds the intelligence layer on top.
How does the AI detect that a customer is at risk of churning?
It compares each customer’s recent behavior against their own historical pattern: how often they buy, how much and which lines. When a customer starts spacing out orders or shrinking their mix beyond the usual, they move up the rep’s priority list with the reason explained.
Will my reps actually use it, or is it one more report to fill in?
It is built to take work off their plate, not add to it. Instead of typing a report after each visit, they dictate thirty seconds by voice and the AI organizes it. And they get something back: the briefing for the next visit and the list of who to prioritize, built automatically.
How long does it take to be up and running?
Results show up in weeks, not months. Because the block sits on the data your ERP already has, there is no long implementation project: it connects, we check that the numbers match yours and the team starts using it.
