AI dashboards, built from a single sentence

Say what you want to see and the dashboard builds itself.

Everyone has questions about sales: how each category is doing, which customers leave the most margin, which products fell this year. But answering them usually means asking someone in IT for a report, waiting, and getting a spreadsheet that is already out of date. If the question changes a little, you start over.

The nBlock Dashboards block builds the dashboard from a single sentence. You write what you want to see, for example “sales over the last year by category” or “top 10 customers by margin”, and within seconds the dashboard appears on your ERP data, with the chart that best answers the question. You adjust it with another sentence, share it with your team, and everyone reads it with up-to-date data.

Challenge

Every question about sales ends in a request to IT or a hand-built spreadsheet, and by the time the answer arrives the moment to decide has passed.

Solution

You write in one sentence what you want to see and the dashboard builds itself on your ERP data, with the right chart for each question. You adjust it with another sentence and share it with your team.

Impact

Decisions made with the data in view, without waiting for a report.

  • A dashboard from a single sentence
  • Changes by text or voice, with versions
  • Shared with your team, always up to date

How it works on your ERP

  1. Step 1

You write what you want to see

Ask for the dashboard in your own words: “margin by rep”, “which products fell this year” or “sales by category”. You can also ask the nBlock assistant by voice.

  2. Step 2

    The dashboard builds itself

In seconds the dashboard is up on your ERP data. It picks the right chart for each question: KPIs, lines, bars, rankings, maps by department or region, Pareto, quadrants and one map per category when you need to compare.

  3. Step 3

You change it with another sentence

Ask to move, enlarge or add blocks and the dashboard updates. Every change is saved as a version, so you can always go back.

  4. Step 4

You share it with your team

Switch the dashboard from private to published with Share. Your team always sees it with up-to-date data and a summary of what changed since their last visit.

Where it is used

The question from the meeting, answered in the meeting

Someone asks how a category is doing compared with last year. Instead of noting the doubt and waiting for a report, you type the sentence and the dashboard shows up on screen, ready to present in full screen.

A dashboard per team, with its period

Sales, purchasing and management look at the same business from different angles. Each dashboard filters by period (last month, last 3 or 12 months, this year or last year) and the most used ones can be pinned within reach.

Understand what changed without going through everything

When you return to a shared dashboard, the “Since your last visit” summary tells you what moved, so you go straight to what matters instead of comparing numbers from memory.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know data analysis or BI tools?

No. You ask for the dashboard by writing a sentence, the way you would ask a colleague, and the block picks the chart type that best answers each question. To change it, another sentence.

Where does the data come from?

From the ERP you already use: sales, customers, prices and stock. It does not replace your system or ask you to upload spreadsheets, and the dashboard is always read with up-to-date data.

What if I make a mistake while editing a dashboard?

Nothing serious: every change you make is saved as a version, and you can restore any earlier one.

Can I share it with my team and present it?

Yes. With Share you switch the dashboard from private to published so your team can see it, and Present mode shows it full screen in a meeting.

Can I ask for it by voice?

Yes. You can ask the nBlock assistant for the dashboard out loud, and also ask it to save and share it, without touching the keyboard.
