Route planning software for sales reps: every week, planned

Every rep’s week, planned.

In most sales forces, visits are planned out of habit. The routes were drawn years ago, frequency follows custom rather than customer value, and the manager cannot see whether the plan was carried out. While one rep visits a customer who barely buys, an important account waits for weeks and goes cold.

The nBlock Routes block is a weekly visit planner for the customer book that runs on the ERP you already have. It closes the full loop: plan, execution, deviation and replan. The rep builds their week from candidates ranked by value and urgency, and the manager sees the whole team’s calendar with compliance, risk and who has no plan.

Challenge

Visits get planned out of habit: the manager cannot see compliance and the rep does not know who to prioritize.

Solution

A weekly planner that closes the loop plan → execution → deviation → replan, with candidates ranked by value and urgency.

Impact

More effective coverage, fewer wasted visits and immediate replanning when things slip.

  • Compliance calendar per rep
  • Candidates ranked by value and urgency
  • Replanning the moment the week slips

How it works on your ERP

  1. Step 1

    Ranks the customer book

Based on the sales and purchase frequency in your ERP, the AI orders each rep’s customers by value and urgency: who is worth visiting this week and why.

  2. Step 2

    The rep builds their week

In “My week”, each rep picks their visits from that list of prioritized candidates. They add their knowledge of the territory without losing sight of the customers who matter most.

  3. Step 3

    The manager sees compliance

A weekly calendar per rep shows what was planned, what was done, which customers are at risk and who has no plan loaded. No spreadsheets or hand-built reports.

  4. Step 4

    Replans when the week slips

When a visit does not happen or a customer changes behavior, the plan adjusts. Planning stops being a frozen document and follows what is happening in the field.

Where it is used

Frequency by value, not by habit

High-value customers who get few visits and marginal accounts that are visited out of habit. The ranking shifts the rep’s time to where it pays off most.

Weeks with no plan or no follow-through

The manager sees at a glance which rep did not plan their week, who is running at low compliance and which key customers went unvisited.

Deviations in the field

A customer cancels, a visit falls through or an urgent matter comes up. Instead of losing the week, the rep replans with the next candidates, already prioritized.

Frequently asked questions

How does the AI decide which customers to visit first?

It ranks each rep’s customer book by value and urgency using your ERP data: how much each customer buys, how often and whether they are behind their usual frequency. The result is a list of candidates for the week, with the reason for each, which the rep uses to build their plan.

Does the system impose the route on the rep?

No. The rep builds their week by choosing among candidates that are already prioritized, so they add what they know about the territory and each customer, things no dataset captures. The AI orders the priorities and the manager sees compliance, but the plan is built by the person who goes out into the field.

What does the sales manager see that they cannot see today?

A weekly calendar for the whole team: what each rep planned, what they did, where things deviated, which customers are at risk and who simply has no plan. Today that is usually rebuilt with spreadsheets and phone calls. With the block it is visible in one place.

Do I have to load my customers into another system?

No. The block runs on the ERP you already have and takes customers, sales and purchase frequency from it. It does not replace your system or duplicate the database: the ERP stays the source of truth and results show up in weeks.
